Profile and Project Experience

Paul's expertise has been cultivated over the years from the front line of both large and small construction projects, eventually landing him in supervisory and management roles under Viscomi Hansard Builders. In 2009 with the sudden passing of his father and president of the company, brothers Paul and Anthony became the sole principals of Viscomi Construction Inc.

In the late 90's Paul interned for a structural concrete contractor in the panhandle of Florida specializing in high rise construction. Since then he has been employed by numerous construction companies in the positions of estimator, chief estimator, assistant superintendent, superintendent, and project manager for residential, development projects, and commercial construction. Paul moved back to the Ormond Beach area after eight years to join the family business previously known as Viscomi Hansard Homes, and Viscomi Hansard Builders. Paul quickly transformed the estimating department which allowed the company to reach record revenues within his initial year. Paul became an instrumental facilitator of all construction activity and eventually worked his way up to Project manager and finally Director of Operations.

Paul's extensive work experience includes the following: Custom Residential, Track Residential, Multi-Family, ACOE projects, U.S.A.F projects, high rise condominium (Division 3, Concrete), Tennant Build out, Medical, Dental, Restaurant, Daycare/Educational, Warehouse, and Site Work (earthwork, underground utilities).

Some of Paul's daily corporate activities include: Procurement, contract negotiation, contract administration, cost engineering, and project management.

Paul is considered a "Renovation Specialist".

Anthony Viscomi – Principal

Profile and Project Experience

Anthony's project management expertise stems from over twenty years in the industry working in a multitude of capacities that include sales, marketing and finance.

After graduating with honors from Boston University in 1992, Anthony returned to Florida to work for his father in the homebuilding industry. He obtained his Florida Real Estate license immediately and worked at their St. Augustine residential sales center for two years where he assisted in selling out their Seagate and Seagate North communities. In 1994 after obtaining his Florida Real Estate Broker's license, he returned to his hometown of Ormond Beach to manage the sales & marketing operation for Reflections Village and Hawks nest at the Spruce Creek Fly-In, two of the company's newest communities.

With over a hundred million dollars of residential, commercial and renovation projects sold over a twenty year period, Anthony continues the family tradition of providing exceptional quality service for all of his customers. His belief is very simple: Learn what the customer's program is all about, design it accordingly and follow through to the end.

Included in his list of active duties within the company include procurement of new clients, contract negotiation and administration, finance arrangement, home owner's association management and closing coordinator.

• Winston James – Residential and Commercial construction manager (single and multi-family, & condominium construction, office, warehouse, tenant-build out,) 1997-2009 
• Far East Builders, Inc - Construction supervisor for a commercial and residential developer. 1992-1997 
• Babcock Company (Weyerhaeuser Corp)- Superintendent development and construction. 

Currently responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of all construction activities.
